absolutely disappointing! The bathroom shower was a swimming pool, leaving me with water up to my ankles. Not to mention, the front desk was nearly impossible to find, and the staff barely understood me. I expected a complimentary gesture, but all I got was a lukewarm response. Almost a good review, but just couldn't!

i really enjoyed my stay at daiwa roynet hotel. the location across from the castle was perfect, and the view from our room was stunning! breakfast offered strict hygiene rules and delicious options. it was nice that the hotel provided a 24-hour convenience store right at the ground level.

Family with children – decent stay but pricey

Got an amazing view of the castle from the room. The buffet breakfast was a nice mix of tasty Japanese and Western options.
